Neurodiversity Man was founded by Chris Cooper who brings a depth of knowledge in Neurodiversity and the minor adjustments that can make a huge difference even in the largest of organisations. Having worked for His Majesty’s prison service Chris identified the need for better understanding of Sensory Processing disorders and making an inclusive environment. Partnering up with Training2Care LTD they created the prison version of Training2Care’s Autism Reality Experience. Chris has since spoken at NHS England Conferences, Training2Care Seminars, Schools and Businesses across Essex and into London.
